1. Lead with consent
Consent is never assumed. It is specific, ongoing, and can be withdrawn at any time. A match, conversation, photo, voice introduction, or earlier agreement does not override a person’s current boundary.
Listen when someone says no, asks to slow down, changes their mind, stops replying, or sets a limit. Do not pressure someone to disclose more, move faster, meet offline, reveal media, or continue a conversation.
2. Be honest and respectful
Present yourself truthfully. Do not impersonate another person, use deceptive photos or identity information, misrepresent your intentions, or manipulate someone through false promises.
Treat members with care even when there is no mutual interest. Rejection, disagreement, or a changed preference is not an invitation to argue, shame, retaliate, or pursue someone.
3. Protect privacy
Keep private conversations private. Do not share screenshots, messages, photos, voice clips, names, approximate locations, social handles, identity references, or other member information outside Accord without the person’s clear permission.
Do not attempt to identify, track, expose, dox, or contact a member through other channels without their permission.
4. No pressure, exploitation, or scams
Accord does not allow:
- harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, or abuse;
- coercion, manipulation, blackmail, or sexual pressure;
- requests for money, loans, gifts, financial details, investments, crypto, passwords, or off-platform payments;
- hate speech, discrimination, or attacks based on a person’s identity or protected characteristics;
- any sexualised content involving a minor, or conduct that exploits or endangers another person;
- illegal activity, fraud, spam, or efforts to bypass Accord’s safety or privacy controls.
5. Use media responsibly
Only upload photos, voice introductions, and other content that you have the right to use. Do not upload someone else’s media without their permission. Do not use Accord to distribute intimate, explicit, illegal, or harmful material.
6. Use block and report tools early
If a connection feels uncomfortable, unsafe, deceptive, or disrespectful, you can block or report the member. Blocking removes the connection and prevents further interaction through the relevant Accord features.
Reports help Creative Hauz review serious concerns. Please provide accurate information and do not submit false or retaliatory reports.
7. What we may do
We may review reports, limit visibility or features, remove content, suspend or deactivate accounts, or end access when we believe it is necessary to protect members, enforce our rules, investigate misuse, or comply with law.
These Guidelines work alongside the Terms of Service and Safety and Reporting Policy.
