Terms of Service

Accord is an invitation-only, private beta service designed to support intentional adult social connections. The service is evolving. Features, availability, policies, and access rules may change during beta.

By applying to, registering for, accessing, or using Accord, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and the Safety and Reporting Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Accord.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Accord. By using the service, you represent that you are an adult, that information you provide is accurate, and that you have not been suspended, removed, or prohibited from using Accord.

Accord is currently free during beta. No payment, subscription, or paid membership is offered through Accord at this time.

Access is by invitation or other access method approved by Creative Hauz. An application is not a promise of invitation, membership, matching, or continued access.

Keep your password and account access secure. Do not share your account, create an account for someone else, impersonate another person, or use inaccurate identity information. Tell us promptly at info@creativehauz.space if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Consent is ongoing, specific, freely given, and can be withdrawn at any time. A match, message, profile detail, photo reveal, or conversation is never permission to pressure someone or ignore a boundary.

You must not:

• harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, manipulate, coerce, or exploit another person;
• request or pressure anyone for money, financial details, investment, gifts, passwords, or off-platform payment;
• impersonate a person, misrepresent your identity, or use deceptive profile information;
• share another person’s messages, photos, voice, identity reference, personal information, or other private material without their permission;
• post or send unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful material, including any content involving a minor;
• scrape Accord, bypass access controls, interfere with security, or use the service for spam, fraud, or unlawful purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as profile text, photos, voice introductions, messages, and optional identity references. You grant Creative Hauz a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve Accord.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.

Accord provides privacy and visibility controls, but you should make careful choices about what you disclose. Do not share information you would not want another person to see. See the Privacy Policy for details about how information is handled.

You may block or report another member through Accord’s safety tools. We may investigate reports, request information, limit features, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we believe it is necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or operate the service safely.

Do not use reporting tools to harass, retaliate against, or knowingly make false reports about another person.

Accord does not guarantee introductions, compatibility, connection outcomes, relationship outcomes, identity verification, background checks, member conduct, or personal safety. Use your judgment, set boundaries, and take appropriate precautions when interacting with anyone online or in person.

If you are in immediate danger or believe someone may be at immediate risk, contact local emergency services first. For urgent Accord safety concerns, email linda@creativehauz.space.

You may deactivate your account and request permanent deletion through Profile settings. Deactivation removes your profile from discovery and stops access immediately. We aim to process permanent deletion requests within 30 days, subject to limited retention necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, or records of serious policy violations.

Accord is provided on an “as available” beta basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Hauz does not guarantee that Accord will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. We may modify, pause, or end all or part of the beta service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any legal questions should be sent to info@creativehauz.space.

We may update these Terms as Accord develops. The updated version will display a new effective date. Continued use after an update may mean you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. The governing-law, dispute-resolution, and jurisdiction provisions for Creative Hauz should be reviewed with qualified Zimbabwe legal counsel before wider public launch.
